For a start, open the file video_ts.ifo in the folder VIDEO_TS and add it into the program; then choose the wishful quality of the result video (otherwise the program will put Normal Quality) and press the button "Convert" to begin. As the process depends on the size of the DVD film & power of your computer, it can take different time.
What about burning and editing, it also appears to be very easy.
By means of the panel "Burner" you are lucky to record any file, supported by the program, on a CD or DVD discs in the two modes:
